Billingsley Station, also known as Billingsley Central Station is a large station which lies on the borders of Yorkshire and Derbyshire, and is one of the larger railway stations in the region, comprising of nine platforms. The station serves routes across the region and beyond, leading down to Nottingham, Newark, Lincoln and Grantham as well as a regular service to Skegness via Sleaford; further to the north to Sheffield, Leeds, Doncaster and York, as well as being central in the Norwich to Liverpool line and the head of express services to London. The station’s closest calling point is Sheffield Station.
